I'm alive!

I made it! I am a ! I just want everyone to know that all went fine, except that I had to stay at the castle longer than the norm b/c of a fever. The doctor pumped me up with antibiotics & wouldn't discharge me until I didn't have a fever for 24 hrs. I was able to get out of bed just fine, passed gas & walked too fast, my nurse scolded me that I was walking to fast for her to keep up with! I had my DD bring me a cheeseburger on wed (when I was allowed to eat) & didn't have a BM until friday. I really really think the waiting is the hardest part! I believe that I syked myself out with the what "IFs" before the surgery. My only real problem is when I was on my way home, my husband called complaining about my DD's boyfriend not helping out the the cat litter box (my DD is prego so she can't clean it out) and then my DD told me that her sisters hurt one of the newborn kittens. While I was in the castle no one went grocery shopping so on my way home from the hospital I had to go in the store and get a few items & then when I came home I had a mess to clean up! No one did dishes, no one finished laudry, no one picked up dirty clothes, etc..... I could go on forever. I am getting better I can really to get them to do things, but it is only when I get really So .....To all the ladies in waiting.... please make sure you have a very good support base (I realize now I don't). Please relax and set your mind at ease. All will be right! to all!
p.s. has surgery last monday and was out last nite toilet papering my neighbors house for a halloween prank!

I'm alive!

Welcome home Princesss,

Oh do be careful and so you can heal properly. I understand wanting to do things yourself because no one else will, but you had major surgery and all that was done takes time to heal.

Shopping on the way home from the hospital and TP houses is a definite for recovering

We care about you ,and don't want you to have problems down the road as we well have seen on this site.

Here is a list of what is allowed and not:

Now please rest and take care of yourself. Please try to get someone to come and help you.

Best wishes on a smooth recovery.
