Lower back pain
I had a tvh on 9-4 with bladder sling. I have been doing pretty well and my hubby has been amazing. Today was his first day back at work so I thought I would just go to the Hyvee a few blocks away and get a couple of things. I had them make the bags really light. I put everything in the trunk (which has a broken lifter) came home made lunch and sat down for an hour or so. When I stood up after that it felt like I had wrenched my lower back. To the point I can't stand up straight without pain. My abdomen feels heavy when I do try to stand. Did I do too much? Has anyone else experienced this? I'm a little worried. Thanks for any advice. Sure do love this site!!

Re: Lower back pain
Thanks for the reply. I think maybe sitting in the car and driving used some muscles I hadn't used in a couple of weeks. It felt like my sciatic nerve since every move I made just knocked the wind out of me. It's better this morning.
