6th week recovery...

In my sixth week of recovery I am doing well. The doctor says that I am healing great. We discussed the pros and cons of the hormone replacement therapy and deceided not to use it at this present moment. I have/had stage IV endometriosis and the use of estrogen could possibly feed the endometriosis. There are a few pains. I am not sure if it is due to the surgery or the endometriosis.

If the side effects of menopause begin to set in the idea will be revisited. At this point, my recoverey will be totally in my hands because as of the 15th my insurance will discontinue services with the doctors office hat I was attending.

I have also been battling with depression due to being forced by my body to have the surgery. It will all go away in time.
