Hysterectomy Tomorrow, I Want My Ibuprofen!

I didn't realize how much I relied on my ibuprofen "fix" - doctor said no ibuprofen the day before surgery and I'm really hurting today. I've been taking it pretty much 24/7. Struggling to get some last-minute things done, but just want to curl up in a ball with my heating pad.....

I can relate!! But my second surgery dr said i could have it as the bleeding risk wasnt high. I got lots more bruising, which caused more swelling, and some internal bleding that caused more pain as it re absorbed. It will be worth it! And take time to curl up with your heating pad and relax a little today. You deserve it.
