day 2 post-op

My muscles are very sore but I can deal fine with that. Its the gas under my ribs thats horrible. Any suggestions. I am a recovering opiot addict so im doing this with no pain meds just 800mg motrin. Need gas relief. Tried gas x not working ..help

Oh I completely understand. The gas pains were the worst part of recovery. Gas x did nothing. The only thing I found that helped was walking and a heating pad. Good luck...it will get better.
