Ativan mixed with workouts is a no no

This morning while doing some laundry and running errands, I could feel that pressure of stress in my chest... so I took an ativan.... then later when I felt a little better I wanted to do a workout... no go... I was like a slug... so tired from the ativan... Ativan and working out does not mix !!!so here I sit.... looking for more work to do around the house.. its there and I'm here. guess I'll get to it...

Ativan is a anti-anxiety drug.. a nerve medicine.... I took it to help with my nerves.. I usually only take it at night but was told I could take it in the morning too... tomrrow if i need it i'll take it after my workout

I'm going to the gym for the first time since last spring. I have just be recovering from surgery and today got the okay for doing everything, in moderation! It's going to be weird, but in a nice way to not have to worry about pain, bleeding or anything while I'm working out!
