incision feeling too tight

Hi everyone,
I am at 5 weeks (just) and really feel that I'm stitched up too tight (had a total abdom. hyst)-no stitches come out yet, could this feeling go when all stitches have dissolved?
Would be very grateful for your thoughts

Yes, I felt the same way, my doc told me he did a mini tummy tuck because there wasn't much there for him to tuck, and I felt like it was really tight, I also was freaked at the site of my incision even when doc, nurse said it looked great each time I went for post op checks. But now almost 5 months later, it looks fine, flat, not bumpy, still think it was a bit tight, but remember skin is resilient and stretches, don't think being tight was an issue for me. (and I am overweight by 25 lbs)
