Going back to work is very helpful

So after six weeks at home, focusing on my poor body, I have been back at work for two days.

I can tell those of you who are still at home that going back to work is a good thing to do. I was afraid I'd be exhausted, and I am, but it is a good exhaustion. I no longer think about my body all day long and am able to ignore the aches and pulls I feel. So if you are worried about going back to work, relax. Getting your mind onto other things will help you emotionally.

Glad to hear it Nancy. I'm a week out so am not quite ready for that. I took off 2 more weeks so I'll have a total of 4. I wish I could go back sooner but that would be lame of me. Glad you are feeling well, thanks for the good vibes.

I've experienced good exhaustion after a intensive workout either/or completing a 10k run. But I certainly can feel with you the exitement of being back at work for you (2 days). I am in my 5th week after Sx and count down is on for me to go back to work as well. I feel good. Thank's for your positive in put.

Thanks for the encouragement! I go back April 2nd, and am looking forward to it, but was a little concerned about the exhaustion. I'm so glad to hear it described as "good exhaustion."
