LAVH: Pain relief... help

My hysterectomy is scheduled for the 26th. I can't take motrin anymore per doctor request. I am allowed Tylenol and she gave me percocet. I am afraid to take too much percocet since I don't want to get addicted but tylenol isn't working. I am using heating pads but I was in so much pain last night I finally gave in and took a percocet at 1230 this morning.

Does anyone have any pain relief advise? I am dying here!

J have you tried Arthritis Strength Tylenol? Motrin is my golden standard for pain relief but when I got into that "countdown" mode and couldn't take it, I took this instead. It took the edge off for me. I hope you can get some relief soon! Good luck to you!
