Esp when lytely does not describe how you'll go. I'd take mag citrate any day rather than repeat the Golytely. You have my sympathy.

I have found that you can mix crystal lite packs with it and it's not as bad. Still horrible but not as horrendous.

I have to start the potion tomorrow afternoon. I too think the name should be changed .
