Cramps post-op, 17 days

Feel good through most of day, but have severe cramps that might last up to 10 minutes. Has put me on my knees many times. Am I doing something wrong?

Re: Cramps post-op, 17 days

That could be gas. I had that problem a little while ago. Felt like labor pains. It usually happened when I had to go to the bathroom. It last a couple of days and stopped haven't had any since

Re: Cramps post-op, 17 days

Thanks for responding, and I think your right. I have been confused, since I couldn't relate it directly to gas or needing to use the restroom. I chose this morning not to use the recommended stool softeners, and so far this evening, I haven't had any cramping. I have switched over to flaxseed and will experiment with this one.

If you are having problems going to the bathroom. Try some prunes or prune juice.
