confused

Dvh scheduled for 12/15 but am wondering why Dr wants to leave cervix? Especially if bleeding still possible what's point? Reason for dvh is PID & endomitriosis since 19 am now 42 almost 43(12-27) .lol have had 5 lap done the endom. get worse everytime now has bowels.

Most doctors like to keep the cervix if it's healthy. It can help support the pelvic floor. I wonder if keeping the cervix make a reoccurance of the endo more likely, since it is still part of the uterus.

Thank you cause that was exactly my thoughts so 1 more question to add to my growing list when I go in for biopsy.

And oops just looking at paperwork am actually scheduled for 12-14
