I'm so bloated!!! Any ideas of how to pop?

I'm having my LAVH/BOS due to ovarian cysts each month causing me too much grief. I'm about two weeks from my last period and I'm so bloated I can't stand it!! I feel like I'm ready to have another period or something. I don't know a whole lot of science about the cysts, but I'm wondering if the bloating has to do with them.

I need a big needle to pop my tummy!!!

Seriously though...have you tried a hot bath? How bout a heating pad (mine is my best friend). Usually when I'm bloated, it's a lot of retained fluid, so try to drink lots of water to flush it away.

It's a really uncomfortable feeling isn't it?
