In search of a mellow zone

Hello ladies,

I'm curious if anyone has tried pre-surgery hypnosis for relaxation and improved healing? I'm trying everything to calm down before surgery, just a little anxious I am.

Any pre-op relaxation tips? Also is it possible to relax while having a bowel prep, why can't I just drink some green tea or something like that.

I've got 2 1/2 weeks to try all the tips.

I also spoke to a friend who told me writing a relaxation script for myself would a. keep me occupied and b. might even relax me. This and all of the other advice should help me manage. That and talking with my "sisters"
