Hi Girls,
My husband called a local medical supply store and they rent Walkers and Hospital tables that go over your bed it cost aprox $60 for both and only $26 for the walker alone (wich is definitely the most important one) for an entire month. I have had several laproscopic procedures and this was by far a more easy recovery than the otherrs. The Walker Really helps Especially in the bathroom getting up and down from the toilet wich seems to be every 15 minutes at first. It also is helpful getting in and out of bed and made it alot easier to be mobile the first week escpecially. The hospital bed Table was cheaper to rent than the breakfast tray I bought at bed bath and beyond ( that by the way I could not lift or move for the first 1-1/2 weeks) It is great for working on your laptop, playing games or just having all your things easily at hand. ......definitly worth every penny....Oh and the really long barbecque tongs work greatl for when you drop thingsGood luck girls ...Ihope this helps you make things a little easier. See Ya on the other side.
