Pelvic Pain About 3 Months Out.

I been having pelvic pain for the past few months. It just got worse in the last two weeks. It almost feels like period cramps. I been to the Er and been tested for uti's. They can't find anything wrong. Tomorrow I go in for an ultrasound to check for cysts. I am scared of going in. I did keep both ovaries and that was all. They took everything else. I thought getting this surgery would put a end to this. Anyone have any advice or has anyone been through this before?
