Spotting

Hi ladies

I am 4 weeks post op today all been well so far, today however I went for a 2 mile walk & now I have noticed some spotting, I've not had any bleeding since my first couple of days. Is this normal?

Hi I have had this too. I went for a long walk and had a car journey too. Have had no spotting up to now.

Normal. You over did it. I also get that 'heavy period' feeling too.

Mark down when you bled because if it happens next month, I would contact your doctor.
