How many post op appointments with surgeon did you or will you have?

I had LSH with ovaries removed 1/31, I had a 2 week check and I have a 6 weeks check scheduled. He said at that point if I am not having any problems, he will release me until my next scheduled physical.

I had 3 wk then he said to come back in 6 months and that was it. Everything looked great so he just said to come back in 6 months.

I had a 1 week and a 4 week and then was told I didn't have to come back for a year.

My 2 week appointment was actually 2 weeks from the day that I left the hospital and I didn't leave for 5 days.

I Had a 2 week, 4 week , 6 week, and a 8 week check up. My cuff did not heal as rapidly as the doctor thought it should, so I had to go back at 8 weeks for a second treatment. He then released me for 6 months. Good luck on your recovery!
