How much is too much?

I'm three weeks out and feeling pain again. Yesterday I went to a funeral and the weekend I spent the day at my daughters softball tournament as well as went to a sit down 2 hour conference that evening. Sunday I went to two more hours of meetings. After the funeral today I came home and cleaned my house. Lots of bending and picking up but no heavy things. Is that too much still??? I'm feeling cramping on my right side.

How much is too much?

I'm in awe of you. I'm four weeks out and can't even comprehend doing what you did!!!

I went shoping for my DS 14 bday and it almost killed me. If your sore, I would have to say it was to much. Take it easy and relax, we are still early days.

How much is too much?

Hi lgstacey,
Well, we are all different, but that is a lot for 3 weeks. You must be doing really well to have been able to last through all of it. If you only have some cramping in your side you have faired very well indeed. I couldn't have done any of what you did at 3 weeks, except may go to the funeral and come home.
Take it easy, rest and let your body recoup. If the pain lasts you might want to check with your dr, but I would guess you just did too much and your body is 'speaking' to you.

's, Rita

How much is too much?

I am 4 weeks out. Went to wedding on Saturday and all of that sitting all day really made me sore. Couldn't wait to get home and get "horizontal." Yesterday went to visit my daughter at college. Walked the campus for a couple of hours. My belly was swollen, tight, and sore...sore...sore...by the time I got home. Put my pj's on and fell asleep by 9pm. Fatigue is still there at 4 weeks and can definitely tell when enough is enough. Listen to what your body is telling you and respond appropriately! Rest is in order sometimes yet.

How much is too much?

That seems like an awful lot after just 3 weeks. I went to my first meeting after 6 weeks and it was painful to sit for that long. Take it easy.
