Is This Normal?

I am about 9 weeks post-op. I got the "okay" from my doc to resume "relations" at 5 weeks post-op. The first time was "okay" but I bled a little. So we waited a while longer. Then we tried again yesterday...and i bled again. Just a little...not much at all. Is this normal?

Is This Normal?

I had an LSH, but also had spotting the first few times that my dh and I had intercourse. I wasn't too concerned, because I've read that it's a fairly common occurence. I don't think I'd worry unless the bleeding becomes heavier, or continues for any length of time. I think it's just part of the healing process - good luck.

Is This Normal?

I did not have any problems with bleeding post op so don't have any first hand experience to share. It could be from vaginal dryness or maybe some granulation. I would suggest that you contact your doctor and let the doctor know about this. I think it's best to let the doctor decide if this is normal for you or not.
