6 and 1/2 months post op

Hi all... I really am loving not haing any periods, and the cramps to go with it... Having some nasty hotflashes, but, the worst is the night sweats.. there is nothing worse then waking up drenched in sweat, andd your hair soaked, and getting out of bed with the air on only to freeze yout butt off.. I am afraid to take any synthitic estrogen, due to problems that my grandma had.... I am taking the black cohosh... its just not cutting it.. any one have any suggestions?

I'm trying estroven with not much success either. I think I may be sleeping better but the flashes are coming fast and furious. If you find out any info send it my way as I am wrestling with what to do about HRT. Wouldn't mind having a reduction in symptoms, but at what price? If I can just ride it out a few more months I would like to do that, but seeing as you are 61/2 months out and still sweating I wonder how long I have to hang on? Good luck to you
