Cramps 4 nearly 5 weeks post hysterectomy (TVH)

Hi everyone
Just wondering if anyone else is getting period type cramps and still bleeding at this stage?
I had a big whoosh of blood on Saturday and although the flow is back to normal, it's still there and has always been there since day one?
Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this?
I had a TVH on August 1st along with my ovaries removed x
