HRT Options

Did anyone out there not have to use HRT after TAH?

i am chosing as time goes on not to use any type of hormones. i dont really have the bad symptoms,,i do get them ,,the stuffiness, the anxiety,,some dryness,,but these seem to be tolerable. i do feel if u can put up w/these and it is not as bad as u think,,y go thru the ordeal of adjustments. thats not to say later on i might not need it tho. I do however take vitamins, herbs and things to make me feel better,,and even those need tweeking. i too had a tah,bso for a 3lb fibroid,endo and adeno , found after path report. so to me,,i dont think hrt can or might be an option for me. but the choice is yours,,if u feel fine,,y put yourself thru it,,i feel all we need are vitmins to keep our bodies fine tuned,,and im 2 months post op now,,and doing fine. not to say i dont have my days,,but i am seeing patterns of certain foods that can trigger,,so now i am learningto stay away or moderate so i dont have flare ups,,but again it is tolerable.
