Brain fog/pelvic pain

I had TAH 1/8 ,did pretty well, however I am still dealing with 2 issues. First is brain fog. I work at a job that is VERY stressful, both mentally and physically. I'm on my feet for 12 hours, with a 30 minute break to wolf down my lunch. I'm lucky if I can get a drink of water. Prior to surgery I was on top of things, I was sharp, I was there, 100% , I was good. Since surgery I feel like I'm sleepwalking, I have made minor mistakes, nothing major, but normally I never make mistakes. Basically I just don't feel the adrenalin. I mean I want to do my work well, but I just don't have the energy. I mean I'm not really tired, well after 10 hours I am but I just can't get the body into overdrive.
Second I've been having this vague pain in pelvic area and lower back. I went to the Dr., she put me on antibiotics, just in case, I've only been on them for 1 day so I'm not sure if it it's going to help. I try to rest when I'm at home, and I eat really well, and I'm not constipated. So is there maybe some kind of herb or something I can take to help my mental sharpness? I take vitamins. By the way I'm 55

Brain fog/pelvic pain

I hope you are feeling better today!

Have you spoke with your doctor about your brain ? It might be part of your recovery, you could be pushing yourself too much, or it could be related to your hormone levels. I see in your profile you did not keep your ovaries. Are you using HRT?

in there and best wishes to you!
