Dizzy spells

So I'm not feeling any different overall, but last night (and once today) while standing up talking to the BF (was only standing for like 2 minutes) I had a dizzy spell, and center of my vision got spotty. I collapsed, but he caught me, and I got my strength back right away. It took a few minutes for my head to straighten out, though.

This morning, I was sitting when it happened.

I'm hoping my BP isn't high .... doesn't feel like it.

Has anyone else had this?

I have not had this happen to me but Maybe your blood pressure is too low!

You may want to talk to your doctor about getting some blood tests done to check your hemoglobin. I was getting migranes with vision disturbances and dizzy spells after my first surgery in 2007. The doctor told me that I was severely anemic, and had a Vitamin B12 deficiency. My red blood cell count was extremely low, so I wasn't getting enough oxygen to my brain. Perhaps you might consider taking a Vitamin B Complex as you recover. I started taking these supplements, and also a multivitamin, once I was diagnosed with this deficiency and it cleared up my problems completely. No more migraines, dizziness, or fatigue. Just a thought. Good luck!
