Ok so I know I can't have sex for a while but when is it safe to do foreplay as long as nothing is inserted and have a organism.

The best answer to that is to check with your doctor. Some doctors require complete pelvic rest, so you'll want to make sure yours do not. You'll also want to abstain from having oral performed on you. It poses a risk of infection. So check with your doctor, he can best let you know.
