TVH so sore ovaries

Hello sisters, I am 3 weeks post open today and the last couple of days, I am experiencing excruciating ovarian pain. I did keep my ovaries and I'm aware that they have to adjust but this pain reminds me of before my surgery and was dealing with adenomyosis pain.....I was hoping I wouldn't have this pain anymore. Have any of you experienced anything like this? I am probably pm sing since my last period was the week before my surgery.....could that be the cause of my pain?

During what should have been my PMS and period I had the same thing. Four days of horrid pain. I too had adeno and it felt just like that.

The pain that you're describing could be a number of things. Around the 3 week mark your internal stitches will start dissolving, also it's possible that your ovaries are "waking" up.
