If only your uterus hurts, what could cause this - hormones??

It was adenomyosis in my case.

What causes uterine pain?
There are many things that could cause it, fibroids, adeno , congestion. here is a link that might help pelvic pain ... do talk to your dr and get some test to find the source of yoru pain.
