In NY and sick-flu like again. Could it be this?

Thanks again Sisters to the rest who replied. You girls are right...I totally did not even think the flu shot is for respiratory flus not stomach bugs.

I am back home today and feeling a lot better. Just run down and tired now..which is normal after the stomach bug. I think probably my system is just run down from the surgery and before the surgery I had bronchitis, so I have been through it the past couple months. I feel my system is run down.

You know I did wonder about food poisoning a second time???? I ate out with DS the night I got sick last Tues. night. I felt better the next couple days. I got to NY, eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant and a few hours later sick and diarreah again. Makes me wonder. I never threw up in NY, but felt very nauseas.....I told DH I am afraid to eat out. I am starting to NOT trust food from restaurants anymore. I'm curious to see now that I am home what happens the next few days. I am not eating out the rest of the week anywhere..so we will see. I also wondered if restaurants are using some new perservative maybe I had a reaction to?? who knows..flu, food poisoning or flu shot reaction??????? Could be any. I never will know since it could of was any of those.

Glad your better. I get the flu shot every year, and my "little lambs" also. Every year is different and each lambs reaction is diffrent each year. A three or 4 day window for still having a reaction seems to be the norm for us. To us its worth it... Who knows!!I had mine about 3 weeks before surgery
