PMS After Hysterectomy

I am nearly 7 months post op from a TAH and kept my ovaries. Is it still possible to have PMS symptoms this far along in my recovery? I am getting headaches and backaches, food cravings, nausea, and I am really cranky. This is how it was for me when I had PMS before my hysterectomy. These symptoms only last a few days. Can anyone else relate or have advice on how to cope with these awful symptoms. Thank you

If you kept your ovaries then your PMS will probably continue. I kept my ovaries and I have noticed that my PMS symptoms have diminished greatly over the past few years. Some months go by and I hardly notice and then some months I have the same breast tenderness, food craving and irritability. It's just sign to me that I know my ovaries are still working.
