What's your favorite thing to do?

Not having to tell my son anymore "It's that time of the month again - PLEASE do NOT push mommy's buttons!"

What's your favorite thing to do?

All of what you have all written I haven't missed. Some I can add is not bending over or falling to my knees with cramps especially in public! I once was visiting a friends home who runs a day care and the kids were asking what is wrong with that lady while I was bent over tryuing to ride out a severe cramp. No more!
Will not miss the clots, the gushing, the frantic search for the pad or the bulky pads hidden in my purse. Vacations wil be so much easier without worying about what might happen.
Yes, I am happy it is all behind me.

What's your favorite thing to do?

can't wait to buy a new pair of white shorts for this summer

burning all my stained undies, and buying pretty new ones

not getting up two or three times a night and knowing I was not going to make it without leaving a trail behind me

no more clots the size of an orange

scrubbing the toilet after every sitting

no more running thru the grocery store telling hubby to check out and I will get the car, praying I get out of the store with my dignity

no more PMS

Living life!

What's your favorite thing to do?

You gals have listed most everything but i wanted to add how odd it feels not to have to worry about everything connected to my periods. I am still getting used to not looking everytime I wipe (old habits don't die easily), not having to quickly calculate if I can make the camping trip the 3rd weekend of next month or buy a purse big enough for all of my gear.

Last week i finally bought a small purse and some light colored shorts and my DH actually understood why I was so thrilled. I still hesitate at THAT aisle then I smile peacefully and move on.

The only thing I miss - I can't explain weight gain as 'bloating'

What's your favorite thing to do?

No more filling half the suitcase with supplies, carrying an oversized purse full of supplies, having the back of my desk drawer full of supplies.

No more frantic searches for a store for emergency supplies while on vacation.

No more being afraid to stand up after a concert or movie, because it feels like your whole insides are sliding out and you won't get to the restroom quickly enough.

No more only wearing dark pants and skirts. I am so excited to be able to wear white or khaki without worry!

No more declining invitations to spend time in the hottub with DH.

I am loving it already!!!

What's your favorite thing to do?

Just smiling and enjoying the FREEDOM

If you need details... all of the above

Some days I still find it a little hard to believe. I feel like the bleeding defined what I was. Now I am free to just be me. Dang, I wish I'd had this done 20 years ago. I actually say 'thank goodness" for the cyst, anemia and elevated CA125. Otherwise I'd still be flooding and passing clots and all the fun that goes with that.

What's your favorite thing to do?

My periods drow me nuts. It all started off with a mine blowing headache then....wearing 2 night time Super Dupper pads during the day (bulky). I though I need a diaper to hold the flow. Going to meetings was a terrible... in some one else office or conference room where the chair are all light colored. I had this fear that I would get up and there would be a patch on my seat. Funy thing everytime that I got up I looked at my seat. Some time I sat on my leg so that my bum wouldn't connect with the seat. Wearing black pants all week and always having a feeling like I stunk.....(perfum was my bestfriend) What an experience. What did they do in the old days? I don't miss it at all.

What's your favorite thing to do?

most of my 'going out' clothes either need a thong under or just don't look good with underwear - I no longer have to check the calendar to see when I can wear them safely!
