Surgery Type: LAVH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

Lifting question answered

Someone asked recently about when they could start lifting. Dr. said today, to use my pain and pulling feelings as a guide. If I lift something and I have that pulling feeling, I should stop. He said just to gradually work back up to lifting things. He said there is not a magic weight # at this point. So... let your pain be your guide!
