Still have cramping 9 months out

I hope this is the place where I post this. I had a total hysterectomy at the end of January and a mini bladder sling. I had severe endometriosis, and uterine cancer. I feel wonderful...never better but the cramping sensations that I have had for years has never gone away. I can't blame it on the little estrogen I take so I can function in life because it was there before I started. It is mostly on the side and in the area where I had a blood clot. My gyn assures me that it isn't the blood clot and told me to put ice on it and do some exercises. I find this sorta weird. Some days I don't have it. Most days it is a dull cramping and it is there all day. Other days like today it is pretty noticeable and it is in the front. UTI's are ruled out. Any body have this or know what it could be? Since it isn't the uterus contracting in there, it must be the bladder but who knows.

Dunno what it is but I know at times I also expiriance cramping but I just always assume that maybe its sup to be when I'm having a period as I do still have my overies! But I don't have it everyday but it does kinda come and go!! Sorry I'm not much help! I wish u the best!!
