Hi, Pepperray, I'm a newbie to this site too, and I'm so glad i've found it, lots of information, for all those questions, good luck with the surgery and keep up to date when you can, I'm 33 and I live in the U.K and I'm awaiting a total hysterectomy, i've had 2 years of cervical treatment to remove abnorma high readings of cells, 2 years on my readings are still high and now my only option is the hysterectomy, I look forward to hearing from other women with similar history, keep up to date
