TAH Kept cervix and still have a mini period

I kept my cervix for various reasons and had a mini period last month, but this month I have bled yesterday and today only when I wipe.

Is anyone else getting a period???

I am not sure that you should be having a period at this time. It could be old blood coming out. There are other ladies on this site have had these issue also and I hope they will reply. Otherwise I would call you doc to discuss it.

Some women who retain their cervix will continue to have mini periods. The cervix is part of the uterus, and depending on how much uterine material is left behind it can still shed the lining each month as you have your cycle.

Mini Period?

If its your period, that's the right amount . my doctor said possible but not likely. He said over the years he only had one patient experience it. He said it wasn't enough for a pad even.
Wouldn't hurt to check in with your doctor just to be safe.
