girls just wanna have.....BMs

Oh my word.i never thought it would say this but i NEED to have one now. My tummy is so not happy. Stool softners do not like me. My stomach makes noises that sound as if it were possessed by a 4 day old pastrami gone bad. Only 4 days post op....overall i feel okay. Just this stomach thing. I did a bowel prep before surgery 2/14. It didnt seem to move much. Yall pray for me....and my dh since he has to lay next to me.

Oh, I'm feelin' ya on this subject... My BM's (or lack thereof) has been the roundtable topic of conversation here for the last 4 days. I had a C-section just 4 months before my TVH and after 5 days of zero evacuation, I ended up having a friend give me an enema. It brought the term BFF to a wholllle new level :-p

My first BM after my TVH surgery was kinda anti-climatic, as It happened at 3:25 in the morning and I didn't run outta the bathroom letting out jubilant war-cries of WOOT!WOOT!WOOT!. I almost passed out from holding my breath so long, though. I had to resist the urge to take a picture of it with my iPhone. Yes, I was THAT proud of it and knew the hubster would be glad, too.

Hey girl, I'm feeling for ya...I am 25 days post op and I am still taking stool softners and Miralax daily. Still hurts to bear down so I am keeping them soft until I am out of pain. Hang in there, once you have the first one you will feel SO much better!!
