TVH: November 21st/Keeping my ovaries.

I joined last Friday. Yesterday afternoon, my surgery was scheduled for November 21st.

I'm having a TVH, but keeping my ovaries. From what I have been told, I will be going home the same day. How is that even possible? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the Davinici surgery and I was told if I was the first surgery of the morning (which I am), I would more than likely go home the same day.

But, I have read a lot on here of other women saying overnight. I think it all depends on your kind of surgery and what any complications may be and what your doctor prefers.

For me, if possible, I prefer the comfort of home... so it might work out great for me.

I don't know much about a TVH as I have only researched the Davinci. I'm sure that you will get some answers from those ladies soon!!
