TVH Pain like a c-section cut.

I had my TVH on April 30th. I got up this morning feeling pretty good with little pain. I went to the store and came home cleaned a little. I got a new mop and wanted to show my daughter how to use it. I only did a few back and forths. Then we moved on to replacing the toilet seat. It is really simple, but bending over not so good for me. So I talked my daughter thru it. Was really tired and took a nap. When I woke up it was some had given me a c- section while I was sleeping. Except it felt on the inside only. Like someone made a huge cut from hip to hip. Needless to say I have been in bed the rest of the day. Belly has really swelled. Is this normal or should I take it easy? I am worried I did something wrong. I haven't had pain like that this whole time.

Take it easy. You did too much. Ligaments were cut inside you that used to support your organs and it takes time for everything to heal. As long as you aren't experiencing bleeding or increasing pain, you should be fine. If you do start bleeding or the pain increases, be sure to call your doctor or head to the ER.
