They wouldn't let my hubby stay so I have to sit here alone for over two hours until I can go down :-(

You'll be fine. Just remember to think positive and know that you are one step closer to recovery. ;-))

I was wheeled out. Took forever to get the second wheelchair. They came the first time while I was still dressing. We were getting ready to go down to to the lobby when hubby showed up, he had already had the car waiting for me for about a half hour.

Hi I was wheeled out to the car. Right in front of of hospital and getting in can be difficult try to be easy back yourself into the seat first be careful and pillow is great don't forget the seat belt always but above your insicion or below depending on your surgery, walking to the car I couldn't had done that no way, to dizzy and nauseated, but try what your comfortable with for you.

Congratulations on a successful surgery Darcey!!! Whoo hoo!!
Now you get to pamper the princess. Get plenty of rest, drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fiber and walk. Remember that you only get one chance to heal right the first time so don't rush your recovery.

Take good care of yourself and Happy healing!
