I came home from the hospital lastnight. I had to stay an extra day due to the fact that I was running a temperature and some of my blood levels were elevated. Other than the fact that I am very sore I feel pretty good. Got up and showered today and did a couple of laps around the house. I will keep you all posted on my progress and thanks again for being there.

Please remember to rest rest rest. Take your short walks to keep your body moving, and when you're done with that start over again from the beginning. It is so easy after the first couple of weeks to "over do it" without barely doing anything, please keep that in mind.

Stay ahead of the pain so your body can heal, and dont forget to compensate for the effects of the pain meds and take something to help along the "magic poo" AND the gas.
