3 days post-op with burning around navel
I had my LSH on Monday the 13th. Today I noticed that I have a burning sensation around my navel incision. My other 2 incision sites are a little itchy from healing( I'm guessing) but my navel is just really tender & burns. There is NO redness or swelling but kinda concerned. Has anyone else has this? Thanks in advance for any advice

Hi Whitney,
I personally have not had that feeling, but I've read posts where other women have experienced this. You just went through major surgery and your body is reacting to it. The tenderness and burning sensation will go away as your body heals. If you are really concerned, you can call your doc just to get some peace of mind.
