Enlarged ovaries after TVH

TVH 3 weeks ago. Hematoma 2 weeks ago. Pain subsided the. Hit like a Mac truck again on Saturday so I called my DR office today and he worked me in. Ultrasounds show the hematoma is getting smaller, however both of my ovaries are 3x the normal size?!? What could cause this? He believes I had a cyst rupture causing the pain as well as my muscles being traumatized from surgery and everything being so swollen now. My ovaries were fine 2 weeks ago?!? I go back in 3 weeks but didn't know if anyone has experienced this? He said it could be ovulation but it's highly unlikely, as I rarely ovulate due to PCOS and they've never did that before with ovulation. Will they go back to normal or need to be removed later? I didn't think to ask him this stuff ^_^
