Day 7 post op with questions

Hi All!
I am new. Had a laproscopic hysterectomy on 12/7/10 with removal of ovaries. Doing remarkably well. yesterday I may have overdone it and noticed this am that I am having a clear fluid discharge(no bleeding) is this normal? Also since this is day 7 would you recommend going out to dinner for a very short period of time?

I would double check with doctor about discharge though it sounds normal.

Personally I think going out to dinner, if someone else is driving, opening doors, etc., is one of the best ways to really get a break in your recuperation. It's a change of pace, you don't have to worry about cooking... you won't be on your feet. It will lighten things up. I am 11 days out from LSH.
