Back to Work - Tummy Burning

Anyone else back to work this week? First day and I feel sore - I thought I would be ok as I haven't felt sore in a week or so. And I sat most of the day.. perhaps that was the problem. Should I be worried about the burning feeling?

Today was my first day back too and am exhausted. I have a desk job but feel like I ran a marathon. I am so sick of this fatigue and achy body. I don't think I have slept a whole night since surgery.

I start back to work tomorrow and think I am ready. I too have not sleep well since post-op. The doctor did prescribe me some sleep aid and helped greatly. Also did you have your ovaries removed or on HRT. The HRT can cause insomnia as well. I am still having my HRT adjusted. I am taking Premarin and I still am having night sweats, hot flashes even after increase in dosage. Good luck and let me know how you work goes.

I went back part time last week, and full time this week. I am doing ok, just get tired by the middle of the afternoon. Each day gets better. The hardest part is making sure I get up and walk around frequently so I don't get stiff. Best of luck.
