What a difference a week makes! Finally had the first post-up but much missed BM this morning. It was very uncomfortable, but nowhere near painful. Also, the appetite seems to be returning a little bit more by the day.

I severely underestimated the recovery process and only just now have come to terms with how long it's gonna take, but that's OK. Didn't somone say patience was a virtue?!
