LAVH 3 weeks post hysterectomy (LAVH) - post-op bleeding

My first week out from LAVH was fine with no concerning issues. Well things changed quickly on post off day 10 as
I started having a large amount of post operative vaginal bleeding, significant clots and all. I ended up in the emergency room twice in one day because of all the bleeding no one could find where it was coming from until I went to my surgeon's office for my post-op. After a pretty extensive exam my dr. Had to put in a few more stitches at my vaginal cuff. My original stitches were still intact and they were all there there is just some bleeding in between the stitches. I am praying this will hold I have an appointment on Wednesday to check status. I have felt extremely stressed out and so tense. My whole body is just tightening up because I am afraid to move.
