TLH Vaginal Dryness - Post Op Hysterectomy Day 9

I am having vaginal dryness that seems to be progressively getting worse. It feels sort of like a burning but not like a yeast infection at all. Has this happened to anyone after surgery? Did it go away? I HATE IT. I imagine it makes for not fun sex. BTW - I kept my ovaries. Thanks for any input.

I had the same problem starting this week , 5 weeks post op. It was so uncomfortable it hurt to walk. I stopped wearing undies for a few days. Just started back today. Feels much better. I was kinda confused because I kept an ovary. Was fine yesterday and today. I'm thinking my ovary is trying to adjust. But, hopefully it will past like mine. I hope so.
