menopausal symptoms?

I keep waiting for the hot flashes to start. I am very moody. I have 2 teenagers who know how to push my buttons. They have to be reminded Mom just had a big surgery. That works for a few hours, till the next argument.

menopausal symptoms?

I'm glad you're feeling great Renee! It's good your taking care of yourself and listening to your body. I too had a great recovery, ate right, slept well, exercise according to doctors guidelines. It was sometimes hard to remember that it really can take a full 6 months to a year to fully recover. Once in a while I would get tired and had good friends remind me months later that I was still in recovery and it was time to slow down.

I had my SAH 2 1/2 years ago at age 48 and haven't really had any menopause symptoms. I have my ovaries and know they're still working. I'm not on any medication, just vitamins. Keeping my fingers crossed that my menopause will be very mild.

menopausal symptoms?

My hot flashes started at about 4 weeks. They got really bad and now they've settled into a routine. I'm 6 months out and feel pretty good but in the last month have seen some menopausal sympotms crop up-nothing worth going on HRT but can be annoying.
