Cool - Low cost things that really help Low cost things that really help

These things have Helped me the most.
My body pillow, allowed me to sleep on my side sooner.
A notebook to write what time I took what pill because I couldn't remember otherwise.
A kitchen chair beside the bed, for my ice packs and to help
pull myself up .
Lots of different drink choices, soda for burping, apple and
cranberry juice for bladder and help with bms.
They gave me a reusable ice pack at the castle, but only
covered two of my 5 incisions, so I asked for another one,
used it for a week and a half.
I didn't need to buy granny panties, my bikini panties worked
fine for the davinci incisions, most of which were higher
than my underwear line.
Nice stretchy yoga pants.
Most of these things you may have in your house already.
I bought a grabber and never used it.
I had no problem getting in and out of shower.
The day of my surgery ( out patient ) I had someone give me their hand when getting up off of couch or bed, next day I was OK.
