Recovering

I'm finally walking without being in constant pain. I'm off meds, my Dr. released me to drive, but not up to it yet. Went to a craft fair yesterday for an hour, came home exhausted and I had to nap. My sleep pattern is back to normal and I'm back to being regular. Yes, you can become "regular" soon enough. Try not to eat spicy, heavy foods and eat activa yogurt. It helps with your digestive system.
